NOTIOE is hereby given that it is intended to introduce a Bill at the present Session of Parliament, the short title whereof is " The Taranaki and Hawera Hospital Districts Apportionment Act, 1803," The objects which tbe Bill .is intended to effect are:— (1) The apportionment ®f the assets and liabilities and adjustment of the accounts between the Taranaki Hopital and Charitable Aid Board and the Hawera Hospital and Charitable Aid Board in accordance with terms mutually agreed upon, a new district having been constituted by virtue of the •' Hawera Hospital District Act, 1902." (2) The vesting of the piece of land containing 5 aores, more or less, being sub-division 1 of Section 30, town of Hawera (the Haweia Hospital site), in the Hawera Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. A copy of the Bill has betsn deposited in the Magistrate's Court New Plymouth, with a pla» of the land affected, and is open for public inspection. NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of New Plymouth will, at a meeting to be held on MONDAY, the 13th day of July, 1903, at 7.30 p.m., in the Town Hall, King-street, make and levy the following rates for the year beginning on the Ist day of April, 1902, aid ending on the 31st day of March, 1903, upon all ratable property within the Borough of New Plymouth, the total annual value whereof is £46,224. A General Rate of one shilling and ninepence in the £ on the annual value due and payable on the 10th day of Jane, 1903.
