The Times' Constantinople correspondent states that in consequence of Bulgaria's menacing attitude, the Turks have occupied three strategic positions in the Ko*soo, Monastir and Adrianolo districts for bases of opera tions. i BUUJARUN PREMIER INTERVIEWED CONTEMPT FOR TURKISH TROOPS. M, Petroff, Premier of Bulgaria, at an inter view with the Times correspondent at Sofia recently, complained that Turkey was deliberately exterminating the Macedonians and Bulgarians. He expressed cntempt for tha Turkish army's inability to mobilizj under two months, and even then bring iccipible of rapid movement. Bulgaria was ab'e to mobi iza a quarter rf a million, the majority of whrm were armed with; Mannlichers with 500 rounds per lifle and 300 ehells per gun. He did not; apprehend trouble on tha side of Servi> or Boumania in the event of a war, and Turkey had more to lose and less to gain th*n Bulgaria. The EoUnwche Zeitung declares Bulgaria is Keeking excuses to revive the Macedonian question, and strongly warns her she nil! be isola f ed in the •vent of a struggle.
