King Peter attended a service in the Belgrade Cathedral. The Metropolitan, in the course of his address, delaied that no one fell except God willed it, and greeted Peter as sent by God to lead Seivia to progress and prosperity. When receiving the members of the BkaptecLiaa at the Pahc?, the King ■hook hands with the Prcmiir, acd Colonel Macbin, the Minuter of Work?, preß-rviog an extremely grave countenance. - Some' assertions are made that the military' rode amongst the crowd that was watching the King's progress, and compelled the people to cheer. King Peter, »fter reviewing the 'army, confirmed the Cabinet iu their positions, acd issued a proclamation announcing that he will rule constitutionally and promote the happiness and welfare of the people. The proclamation addß that he left history to judge of the past, and that he recognises the services and devotion of the army.
