Sir William llussell was this afternoon the guest of a la<gu number of his constituents at a complimentary tea held in the Princees' Theatre, Hastings, about 400 people bting present. The totnl weight of the epergns is 400 ounces, its length cf base being 42 inches, and the heigh*, of the middle stand beirg 36 inches. Sir Wm. returned thanks in a brief but happy j-petch.
