His Excellency the Governor has signified hia approvil of tho following Legislative Council nppDtatments: T. K. McDonald, Wellington; Henry Wigram, first Mayor of Greater Ohristcburcb, Seymour Thome George ' o£,Auckland (an old memtor of Parliament, and a nephew of Sir George Grey); and William Beehsn, Auckland, an importer, and well kcown in Auckland political circles.
