FIB PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Napieb, June 20. The Licencing Committee heard an application for a licenee for the Napier Park races. The Rev. Miller stated the Committee had deoided to deal with ail such applications on the sime lines. If they granted t>>ie they could not consistently refuse others. It was point.d out itut tha Park Club bad dtawn up (heir programme eleven months eg) in anticipation that they would derive the mual ravemn from booth privileges. After argument the [ question was adjourned to the next meo kg.
