The Wait-tkauri.fire insurance an: —Phillips' shop and furniture £250 in the London, Liverpool and Glob* and £4OO in the Imperial; Firth's £4OO in the London, Liverpool and Globe. The Are occurred by the accidental upiittiqg of a lighted kercs?ne lamp. Auckland, June 16. A fire, causing damage estimated aft betwren £4OO and £SOO, partly demdished a h;use in Viotoria-ateMt West, owned by Mrs H&ckett, and OOcupied by Pearl man as a fancy itm and by Polglaae as a flth shop. The insurance on the building was £6OO in the tbceoix. The damage to the build* ing is about £3OO. Pearlman'a gooda were insured for £2OO in the Commercial Union, but Polglaae waa unintured. Peirlman'ineured otly yesterday.
