B-o >king moved, and Cr Collis secorded, That the resolution of |the Omncil of f-e 25th M.y, 1903, rz., 'Tnat the action ugainst the owner rf tin Imperial llofal be droppod'be rescinded, and t'ue qu<stion re-i p-!i:el." This was carried. It was iurth.-r novtd by Cr. Brouking, and sreondei by C.\ Ti ch, "That Messr3 Weston and Weston be instructed to act for tha Oour.cil in the aciion againbtthe owner of iha Impeiial Hotel." Tre Cour:c 1 divided, ayes (6) Ois. Belliinger, Brooking, Oonnett, Collis, Tiab, and H's Worship; noes (4) Ora. Alexander, i Edmunds, Smith, and Wood, and the motion w s decbrel carried.
