Mr Justice Ocnolly allowed the ap> peals against the decision of the Magistrate in two oises against Mr King, Registrar of Elector*, charged with refusing to enrol appellant!. Tot Magistrate dismissed the informations, but Mr Justice Oonolly ruled tbtf there should have been oonviotions in both oases, though only a- nomioal fim and costs were allowed in on* case.
