OLD AGE PENSIONS CASES.
NEW REGULATION ULTRA, YIBIS. Per Press Association. DuKßDiir, June 9. At the Old Age Pensions Court today a question was raised on an application f ji- renewal of a pension as to whether a life interest in property constituted ownership. Mr. Carew, 8.M., decided that the new regulation upon which the regis rar proposed to aot was ultra vires, and contrary to to* provisions of the Act itself.
