BUILDING AN I) SANITARY/BTE-LAW*. At the Courcil meeting to-night the Byo-laws Ocmnaittce wiil submit the fallowing repai t: A conference was held with Messrs H. J. Kin?, Kwing, F. Messenger and F. He General Conditions of Oantraot. —That the general conditions of ooatract submittal by the Taranaki Builders' Association be adopted by the Council in onuection with all buildings to be erecied.
