It is reported that the South African merchauts in London will guarantee a large sum for the formation of a trust to fight the South African shipping confederation. ! Cape Town, June 3. The Legislative Council at Pretoria instructed the Government to negotiate with the other South African colonies to take measures to reduce and control freight rates.
