WEDDINGS.

On Wednesday, 3rd June, a pratty wedding was celebrated in tbe Westown Hall, the contracting parties being Mr Frank Gore Sole and Miss Emily Lobb, only daughter of Mr Joseph Lobb, ot Westown. Rev. F. G. Evans officiated. The bride, who was given away by her father, was tastefully attired in wUtt tucked silk, with large picture hat to match. She carried a beau'iful bouquet of whitn artificial flowers, made and presented by Mrs P. Johnson. The two little bridesmaids looked pretty in cream silk drcssw, with large wfcite leghorn bate. Mr John Lobb acted ea best man. The choir sang " Toe voice that breathed o'er Eden " during the oßrmony, and at the conclusion the usual tokens of good wishes were in evidence in t he form of rice and flowers. In the evening about 130 guests assembled in the Hall, a most enjoyable evening being spent. Between tbe dances songs were sung by tbe Misees O'Donnell, and also Mr T. O'Djnnell, which wero all creditably given. Mr W. Peacock played a mandolin s>lo, and the mu-ic was supplied by Mr W, Peny, dancing being kept up till 1.30. The presents were both numerous and handsome.
