REBELLION NEAR TONKIN. LUANFU RETAKEN. per press association. London, June 2. News has been received I hat the country between Gunnanhslen and Tonkin is in a state of rebellion. Two LundredFrenchsubjestsare surrounded at Yunanfu, and the cors'ruo ion of the railway to Moughee is interrupted. The Cbin'S) Imperial troops have retaken the town of Luanfu, which the anti-dynastic rebels recently o ptured.
