RELATIONS WITH THIBET. THE VICEROYALTY. Per Press Association. London, June 2. A Chinese resident has advised Thibet to settle commercial relations with India in a friendly spirit. Lord Curz)n intends to repush the mountain railway across the Himilayas into Thibet. The Daily Mail states that Lord Cu*s?d, Viceroy of India, will visit and remain in England for three month?, and that he will then be re-appointed Viceroy for a term of two years. Loid Northcite, Governor of Bombay, will ic', as Viceroy during the interregnum.
