Per Press Association, Napism, June 3. An accident occurred at the Waipawa stitiin tt ia morning. As ths train was starting g.uth an elderly woman named Mary Moran, who was jus l ; getting off the train, slipped and fell on the line, but Sergeant McKelvey caught hold of her and p'uek.ly held her against the platform while five carriages passed, though he sustained several severe bruw s on his hands in doiog so.
