At a meeting of (.ha Council of the League of New Zealand Wheelmen to-night, it was deciied to grant three guineas towards the expensas of running a test race from Timaru to Christ* church fjr tha purpose of seeding a compe itor to Australia to represent New Ze land in the Warrnambool to Melbourne read raci.
