Mr Larritt was fitting up his establishment with acetylene gas for lighting purposes, when the gasometer [exploded in his face, severing the nose, 'and blowing out all his teeth. - It is feared he will lose one if not both his •yes. Mr Cadman, the chemist, is in attendance and the doctor has been wired for.
