Commenting on Mr Chamberlain's despatch on the claims of the Sou'h Australian Government to report direct to the Colonial Office on certain nutters and not through the Federal Government, the Standard says that the controversy reveals a rock upon which' the Federal Constitution might conceivably be wrecked.
