PBR PRBSS ASSOCIATION Received 20,1.11 a.m. London, May 19. Mr Broderick, in the Commons, said General Manning was directed to concentrate at Bjho:l», whence he could operate in future. The rumour that the Abyssioians have driven the Mullah to the north, has not appeared at GJadi. General Manning is allowed, at his discretion, to maintain the Galadi post.
