A labourer named O.r Marshall Shacfcleton died to-day, the jury re ' turning a- verdict cf suicide. On Mod day a gentleman being informed that ' Bhankleton was to be married next day ■aid be was already a married mm. Thereupon Bhankleton violently assaulted him. On Tuesday ShaDklcfcor. , v was married, and on Friday was charged with the amult, but did not appear, and was fined X 3! That evening Bhankleton wss found in a serious con- * dition, and admitted taking rotigh on iats. He was taken to "the hospital, where he died tbis morning. Dunkmn, May 16.
