A PUNITIVE EXPEDITION. Received !5, 10.41 p.m. Lonbon, May 15. Co'onel Montanaro's expedition sent, to punish the Alis, a Cannibal tribe in Southern Nigeria, for an unprovoked attack upon the District Commissioner, had three we?ks stubborn fi?hh'n?, during which the AHs lost heivily. The British casualties numbered eleven.
