PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 14,11.34 a.m. London, May 14. The Sofii correspondent of Revtera agency reports that an anonymous circular has been published, accusing Prince Ferdinand of betraying Bulgaria, and warning him that he had better join the National cause before it is too late.
