Tisch. r Or. Beliringer moved that the s Finance Committee consist of five members.—Seconded by Or. Connetfc. Ths amendment was put and carried on a division by 6 to 4, Ors. Wood, Smith, Tifch, and Alexander voting with the nces. Tho following fiva taembers were appointed to the Reserves Committee: Tha Mayor, Ore. Edmunds, Woo J, Brooking, and Beliringer. By-Laws —Oa the motion of Cr. Beliringer, it was decided that the whole Council be a By Laws Committee. Library. Ors. Edmunds, Collis, and Bellricger were appointei.to represent the Council on tboLibrary Oommsttee, tha Mayor being ex officio chairman.
