BALKAN CRISIS.
TURKISH NOTE WITHDRAWN. PRINCE FERDINAND THREATENED. FEB PEEBS ASSOCIATION, Received 10,5.2 p.m. London, May 10. The Times state 3 tbe Sultan of Turkey has withdrawn his recent note to which Bulgaria objected. Prince Ferdinand is said to be suffeiing from a bad throat. O her ■ advices assert that a Macedonian pamphlet accuses him of betraying national ideals, and threatens him.
