FLOOD THREATENED, Received 1,0.1 a.m. Ottawa, April 30. The latest reports from Fiank state that the top of the mine is horning. The night s'lift, numbering 60, is inside. Tfce is dammed back to a height of 100 ft, and threatens to flood a wide area.
