THE PORIRUA JUDGMENT.
| MR. WILFORD INTERVIEWED. PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Received 30,0.20 a.m. London, April 29. Mr. T. W. Wilford M.H.R., of New Zealand, in the course of an interview, the result of which is published in the Daily News, declared that the Privy Council's strictures on the New Zealand Government and judiciary were unwarrantable and unjußt, besides straining the silken threid Imp rialism. He said there should, of necessity, be more representation on that body of judges for Colonial appeals.
