Received 21, 10.16 p.m. i London, April 21. King Edward witnessed the Naval review from the racecourse at Malta, and then laid the memorial ptone of the new breakwater. The Naval officra and men in connection with the visit held a water carnival and precession at night. They confctruoi'ed models of vessels ranging from the Ark, with living figures of Noah, with his sons and daughters and -toimals, to the latest battleship the Edward the Seventh now being built. A white dove was released and hovered over the Royal yach' 1 , returning to the Ark.
