Seventy-four of toe Moaouthshire and South Wales Colliery Companies, emloying hundred and fifty-four (?) workmen have formed a Board of Conciliation to periodically regulate wages. Received 7,1.8 am. Nkw York, April 6. The Wabash strike is settled, the men having received an increase in wages.
