[ Prince Turn and Tung Fuhsiang have sent an ultimatum to the Dowager Empress demanding the deposit,ion of the Emperor, and the ins'allation of Prince Tucfeung, otherwise they threaten that the Shensi and Katsu provinces will ba declared a separate kingdom with Hsianfu as capital.
