FINNS KB&DT TO SUPPLY CHEAP LABODB. Per Frees Association. Cam Town, April-4. Thirty thousands Finns have applied for immigration permits to the Transvaal. Many express their willingness to supply cheap labour for the Band. All goods grown and produced in Oape Colony, exceptirg spirits, blasting compounds, wheaten flour, and wheaten meal, will be admitted to the Transvaal free after April 24th. lokdon, April 3. air Chamberlain, in the course of a speech, said that upwards of 10,000 Britishers at the Oape, and many elsewhere, were tried for treason, 8000 beinfc convicted, and the remainder acquitted. Mr Obamberlain, in the eourse of a ■peech, said upwards of 10,000 Britishers at the Cap*.
