Per Press Association, Ohbistohtjroh, April 2. The Lyttelton Harbour Board today considered a complaint from Gaptain Oreenstreet, of the Rinmtan, that reoently when his boat arrived at the Heads in advance of the lonic, the litter was piloted and berthed ftrst. The harbourmaster explained that If the Rimutakt had been taken in firak she vould have had to cross the lonia's anchor. Members of the Board generally disapproved of the harbourmaster's action, and it was resolved that he be instructed to order pilots to boird vessels outside the Headi immediately after arrival, and to draw his attention to the regulations in regard to berthage.
