Okaiawa Olub wrote stating th»t subacrip ions had been paid up each year.— I'he explanation was accepted. Aca unts were ptsted for payment: -J. Bellringer, £2 2d; H. Nuttall, £1 10s; H L. Be ts, 12 ; subscription to N.Z.R.e\U,£9. Mr A. 51. De Chsta was appointed delegate to the New Zealand Rugby Union.
It was decided to start the Oup fixtures on Thursday, 23rd inst., in the northern division, and 25th inst. in the southern division.
The secretary wa* instructed to write ta the Waitawpa, Auckland, Thimrs, and Nelson Rugby Unions, asking them to advise tDe Union early as to arrangement of rep. matches in Taranaki; also tj the Wellington, Canterbury and Otagp Unions rs terms for a Tarar.aki travelling team.
