FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, March 27. The New Zealand and African Steamship Company's April steamer for Sau-h Africa will be the Norfolk. The loading ports will not be approved by tho Department until ths 4th prox. so as to give the outports an opportunity of participating in the service by guaranteeing the minimum cargo of 300 tons.
