Sib,—Now that the excitement is over and 6ve men, good and trua, are duly elected, gentleme», level-headod, thorough business like and universally nspected, why should there be tho least alarm as to what the action of the committee should be in reference to the closing of the hotel bars at 10 o'clock, eyen if the Stipendiary Magistsra e has two votes. It is not likely th*t the continuance of 11 o'clock would be voted for when its ho evident that a large majority of electors are for dosing the bars at the reasonable hour of 10 o'clock, 1, for one, have a better opinion of these gentlemen, including the S.M., th*n to suppose they would act so diametrically in opposition to the wish of the election,—l am, etc., Moderate,
