TUK4PA ULUB. Tbe annual general melting of the Tukapa Footoill Giub was held in the Guards Club rooms on Monday night. Ths.ro was a large attendance of members and Mr R. Standisb. presided. < The annud report stated that the past season had been very succassful. The s-nior team had woa the cham-
pionship of Taranaki, beating the Waimate Plains in the play off at Manaia. In club match's the seniors hid played 11 matches, wincing 8, losing 2, and drawirg 1; points for 78, against 47. The firafc juniors played 8 matches, won 5, lost 3; points for 65, against 35. Second juniors played 5 matohep, won 2, bs; 2, drawn 1, 2 being won by forfeit; points f0r.27, against 21, The commitee hopn tint this te'im would nuke a het'er stand during next season. Stohr and J. S'-ipleton wore elected life m-imbars. It whs decided to vote two guineas to the Referees' Association, and to koep 'he subscription the same as last ypar. The opening day was fixsd for Thursday week.
