A RUNAWAY.
HOBSI DASHES INTO SHOP WINDOW PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Gisborke, March 21. An exciting runaway occurred this afternoon in the main street. The bolt dropping out of a buggy caused the hone to take fright, and a violent impact with a verandah post resulted.. The daughter of Mr Clerk of the Court, age ten, bed her leg broken, and the other occupants,. Mrs Sharp and Miss WreD, were much shaken, the latter having her kn- 9 injured. The horse, with t!;e snaits attached, continued fur about 20 yards, smashed into Miller's largi plate glass window, and wrt eked a large mirror ,at the back, fcbs showcase door being forcsd open. Mr Stacey LangfordJ secured the h?rse, and, in leading it QOt, was cut about the l»gs, but bis, injuries were not serious.
