PIR PBRBB ASSOCIATION. Sydney, March 19. The Sydney £IOOO Handicap was the fastest competition and established a mile record fir the world. Sutberlacd (New Zeahnd) ran third in tha Cumbailand > andicap, a halfmile sprint wbich Farley (Victoria) j won in 578Econd8, Walker being second. Farley also won the Clarence Hanjdicap, two miles, beating Randruf (New Z aland) by a wheal. Time, 4min 25see.
