Barron, pending the appointment of a high commissioner fo: 1 the Oomnion wealth, to appoint the Agents-General sb officers t-> grant certificates of exemption under the Coramonwaalth Immigration Restriction Act. It was resolved to defer the decision es to engaging a hrge city depot for a combined exhibition of produce until the High Commissioner was appointed. It was also decided to insti uct the colonial commercial agents to report upon the feasibility of opening fresh markets on the Continent for fru'tand other produce.
