NOTICE is hereby given that at a Speoial Meeting of the Council of the Couity of TaranaH, held on MONDAY, th** 2nd day of March, 1903, the following resolution by way of SPECIAL ORDEK was passed: That in pursuance aod of the powers vested in it in that behalf by " The Local Boiies Lo>ns Amerdroent Act, 19r2," the Council of the County of Taranaki hereby resolve as follows :—That for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund to secure the repayment of a loan, or loans to be borrowed under the pro. Mens of "The Bodies Lows Act, 1901," and "The Local Bodies Loans Amendment Act, 1P02" for the purpose of providing funds for the reconstruction ol Bridges or Roads under the jurisdiction of the Council of the County of Taranaki, the said Council of the County 0 f Taranaki hereby makes and levies a Bpaci»l Kate of l-12th of a penny in the Pound (to be called a BrHge Rite) upon the rateable value of all rat-able p op'rty comprised within the who'e of the Oounty tif Taranaki, and that Special Eate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan or loans *nd hi payable yearly on the 16th day of May in each and everj year during the OBTency o£ s>uch loan or loans or such loan or lo ins are fully paid off.
