PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Perth, March 13. A sensitional libel ac.ion is •rgaging the Suprc-me Court. The Rev. Price, rector of the Anglican Church, is Ruing the Sunday Times for ,£2OOO for charging him with seduction and conniving with doctors to get the girl into a lunatic asylum. Tbe girl bupportel the statement of the piper- The evidence showed tha" she was committed to the asylum without the proper steps laid dewn by the Lunacy Act.
