PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Gisborne, March 3. The Borough Council to-night decided to seek a loan of £25,000 from the Harbour Board. The latter borrowed in Loudon at 5 per cent., and the fund is administered through the Public Trust Office. The Board only obtained 3| per cent, for money in haud and tUe Council offers 4 par cent. The syndicate that purchased the I wreck of the Tasmania advertise warning any one against interfering with the wreck without communicating with the owners.
