Official reports published by the Porte state that Bulgarian insurgent bands have reappeared at Heveral points in Macedonia, causing apprehensions that a general movement has begun, It is also stated that the inhabitants shtlterthe bands, and inform them of the movemeufs of the Ottoman troops, thus impeding their pursuit.
