CONDITIONS. Two oiswb to start or no race. Three craws toerorfc or no seoond prize. A}l race's to start punctually at advertised lime. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable fication for that event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in wrifiug within 16 minutes after the race. Each protest must be accompanied '.v a deposit of 10s, which sum may ba forfeited if the protest is not uphold by the Committee. Entrance fee 10 per cent of the amount of irst prize money offered for each event. '•James, weight? of competitors (including substitutes*, and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry. All post entries (to olose on Regatta Day at 12 noon) will bo charged 5 per cent, on amount pf first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the rigljt to alter the order or postpone any or pll 'of the events, and add any regulations wbloh in their opinion may be necessary. Entries for the FOUR-OAR, PAIR-OAR, and SINGLE SCULLS close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall, Waitara, on THURSDAY, 19th February, at 8.30 p.m. Entries for all Whaleboat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, 26th February, at 8 p.m. Also for Swimming Handicap Race.
