LABOUR TROUBLES.
CONFLICT WITH ARMBD MINERB. Per Press Association. Received 26, 10 22 p.m. New Yohk, February 26. Two hundred and fif'.y Virginian mi&ers on strike at Charleston, and armel with Winchesters, resisted the efforts of 100 Ftderal officers to serve injunctions. For several minutes firing took place, three strikers being killed and six woundei. Cue officer was killed and two wounded. Forty strikers, chiefly foreigners, were arrested, PREPARING FOH RAILWAY dTfUKKB. Amsterdam, Fobruiry 26. Dr. A.
