I'iie Board met on Wednesday. Present—Mr Allsworth (eh'tirman), Mrs Dougherty, Messrs Adlam, McDonald, Wade, Mackay, Taylor, Faull, and Morton.

The Architect reported that before tho next payment on account of tha Waitui contract was due, the question of delay in completion would requite to be considered. He also seated tha* ths contractor for the Puniwhakau i-chool had written to say he was unaVjle to get on wi h the work owing to inability to obtain carters.—Received.
