PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. ' Wellington, Febmary 21. The temperance party has decided to ■ ran a ticket for the licensing committee. Vhe candidates will be moderate and the platform will icclude 10 o'clock ! licenses, strict observance of the law in the latter and spirit, the protection of , the Newtown prohibition boundary against removals, and the sanitary condition of the houses.
