Serge int Haddrell asked that ha be remanded for a week to receive medical at'eGtion. Tbe S.M. said he would remand him till Monday as he thought a week too long. INSULTING LANGUAGE, Christian Anderson, a commercial tray- Ker, was charged with using insulting language at the New Plymouth ' Railway Station. Sergeant Haddrell prosecuted. There was no appearance of the da- , fend-nt. 1 The S.M. said from a letter received 1 from accused he seemed to admit the | offence. S rgeant Haddrell siid be proposed to call evidence.
