The Admiralty announce that the command of th 9 Home fleet will be divorced next May from the command of the Naval Reserv.s, ana from the Admiralty rffica work. The Admiral Superintendent of Naval Reserves will correspondingly cease to act as Admiral in command of a seagoing fquadron, Vioe-Admiral Wilt on will assume tha command of the Home fl iet, and Vice-Admiral Rice will command tl e coas guard and N.val Reserves. Received '2l, 1.13 a.m. London, February 20. It is expected the Home fleet will be reconsti ucted and strengthened as a s'ep towirds s living the North Sea squadron problem.
