HOLLA.NDERB CAUSING TBODBLB. DEPORTATIONS EXPECTED. Per Press Association. London, February 17. The Daily Telegraph states that the Hollander gang in Pretoria are endeavouring to incite the inhabitants to disloyalty, and deportations are expected. Cape Town, February 17. The Hollanders in Pretoria declire that trouble is brewing betwe- n Russia and Britain, affording the Traiisvailan early opportunity to rebel. Mr Kruger denies that he ever offered Germany a protectorate over the Transvaal, or that Count Biamark refused to accept it. The shares in the Federal Supply Cold Storage Company of South Africa are being re-issned.
